We had a medical issue and the front desk staff were very helpful in making calls and translating for us. This is the type of service that makes a hotel stand out.

The free morning breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff was superb and helped us with many items. Our only complaint was they booked a shuttle for us to the airport for $99 euros for 3 of us. It was a very short ride to the airport after all and a cab would have been more reasonable

Lovely hotel with a great central location. Staff were so friendly on check in and check out. Room was quirky with the wooden tile feature wall , was lucky to have 2 sets of Juliette balcony French doors allowing us to soak up the city from above street level. Lots of amenities available. Really comfy well sized single beds. AC worked a dream.
