Lovely hotel with a great central location. Staff were so friendly on check in and check out. Room was quirky with the wooden tile feature wall , was lucky to have 2 sets of Juliette balcony French doors allowing us to soak up the city from above street level. Lots of amenities available. The location was perfect, right in the city center and very close to public transport, which made getting around extremely convenient. The room itself was nice, though the bed was a bit on the smaller side; however, it was still comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, offering a good selection of options to start the day. One downside was that we initially had to change rooms because the air conditioning was broken and the temperature was uncomfortably high. The maintenance staff did not seem very well trained and were unable to communicate in English, which made the situation more difficult. That said, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, and they handled the room change efficiently, which we appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas that could be improved.
