The hotel was brand new and very clean. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had heavy snow during our stay, and one of the staff members kindly helped brush the snow off our car the next morning. I really appreciated their kindness!

The room itself was spacious and clean. We had issues with the television from the moment we checked in, and had someone come to the room several times to fix it. The breakfast was basic, but good. The staff was always polite, and helpful when called upon. Housekeeping wasn't great, as they came to the door early every day (8 am, or so), we would tell them we're not ready and ask them to come later, which they never did. The biggest disappointment was to do with the pool. The hotels.com page states the facility is equipped with a pool lift; so naturally, I expected there to be a pool - which was one of our criteria for booking. As it turns out, the pool is not available for use, which in the hotels defense, is listed on their website. Still a huge disappointment traveling with children. As for the location, unless your intention of staying here is to go to the outlets, there is little to do in the vicinity.

My stay at Comfort Suites Hotel in Central Valley was a great experience overall. What truly stood out was the exceptional service at the front desk. The staff member who assisted me went far beyond standard customer service—she was incredibly helpful, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was taken care of. She answered all my questions with patience and clarity and made the entire stay much smoother. Absolutely awesome service. The property itself was also wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. Breakfast was decent—good enough to start the day, but nothing particularly memorable or out of the ordinary. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of the outstanding customer service.

Very nice, brand-new hotel with a modern and fresh atmosphere. It almost feels like being on a cruise ship, but with much larger and more comfortable rooms. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the bedding is extremely comfortable, which made the stay very relaxing. The breakfast was excellent and very convenient, with everything well organized. Overall, this is a very pleasant hotel and a great place to stay.

This place opened in Dec '25 and was still working out the kinks when we visited. The most notable glitch was the need to wait 3-5 minutes with the shower running before we got any hot water. I'd also recommend the management company figure out a way to mitigate the noise when room doors are opened or closed – our sleep was occasionally disrupted. The staff was wonderful, but they can only do so much....maybe give this place a try in a few months?
