Poor Maintenance
The floors look dirty. Couldn’t get cold water either in the shower or the sink. The door to the outside was unlocked and heard people in an out all night long letting the door slam. The service we received when checking in was excellent and very accommodating but that was the only redeeming quality of this hotel.

Is the worst hotel experience in 25 years. Shower only with BOILING water, no light in room, the worst air conditioner, no ice machine, the worst beds ever, and the staff in depression because they are not able to do something about it. Owner is remodeling but accepting guests at regular rate. THE WORST

First the security door in the hallway was broken, the room had water marks on the wall and ceiling, air conditioning wasnt fully working, room was very warm, mold smell. The check in desk area was colder then the room.

No toilet paper holder; toilet not stationary; telephone did not work. They charged on my debit card a charge of $40.00 for deposit in case I smoked. I told them I did not and they still demanded it. I have not gotten my deposit back yet.
