A horrible place
Nasty, dangerous (fire escape door was propped open to the outside the whole time we were there), room was not cleaned our entire stay, located next to abandoned water park, keep driving--photos are deceiving. Just gross.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel, great indoor lobby bar. Nancy was wonderful - very hard worker and efficient. We had a suite , which was nice. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels - they only gave 1 extra roll of toilet paper. The outdoor bar facing the beach was dirty and cluttered looking. Also, that now closed water park next door is a huge eye sore. Overall nice hotel however it is very far from all the restaurants and bars... we would stay down by those establishments next time.

Almost There...
I would have rated higher but a couple little things kept my rating slightly lower than the top score. Examples; the towels were seriously thin and gave the sense of the bare minimum. The coffee maker only had caffeine free options and when asked at the front desk, a very nice receptionist, commented that they were out and only had decaf. For these reason, and nothing major, I just couldn't give a top score.
