Blood stain on bed & hairs on the sheet
At check in, was told I had to pay even after showing a receipt that payment had been completed online. A card was placed with a hold until hotel staff could confirm payment. Room seemed ok until I lifted the sheet on the bed to find a blood stain on thw bed and hairs in the sheet.

Anniversary Getaway
Our stay was magical and miraculous. We arrived expecting an awesome time and it was better than awesome! Our wedding anniversary was spectacular. The people there knows how to treat their customers with Royalty and that’s what it was!
