10/10 Exceptional

Good value hotel, perfect for getting into north ferriby, and not far from Hull. The view over the Humber is impressive. This is 30 minutes walk away from North ferriby so somewhat more remote compared to a hotel in a city

4/10 Fair

Awful hotel, room was so cold, heating not working. Took three attempt's with reception to finally get a mobile heater. On the plus side the morning & breakfast staff were fantastic. Will never stay again.

8/10 Very good

Welcoming and friendly staff. Leafy surroundings and plenty of parking. Dogs welcome! Tasty evening meal in the pleasant lounge bar area. Excellent choices available for breakfast. Definitely value for money. Only let down by being a bit tired all round and dingey.

Nice, friendly & relaxing hotel

Staff all very helpful & friendly, reception & dining/bar areas nicely decorated & very welcoming, corridors & stairwells need some updating. Rooms are clean & relaxing, room TV's could offer more range of channels.
