Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel was quiet and peaceful, even with a big group hosting a meeting during our stay. Beds were very comfortable and I slept fully zen. The steam room was such an added delight, great after a full day of walking.

The hotel is one of those places you walk into and immediately know this place is nice. They happily stored our bags until check in time and we were able to go explore for a few hours. The room was also very nice and cozy. The location is perfect and we very much enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Would stay again without a doubt.

Now been here multiple times and find it hard to book anywhere else when we come to Brugge. Just a beautiful hotel, close to everything with amazing breakfast. Only thing I could wish for is a pool in the spa :)

This hotel is clean, staff are lovely and bedrooms are luxurious. Breakfast is lavish, you are always spoilt for choice. If you have an hour to kill, the spa is very relaxing, or feeling energetic the gym is well equipped.

8/10 Very good

The Hotel is in an ideal location. Parking is very convenient, but getting into the lift is super tight if you are in an SUV! Staff are extremely friendly and the rooms are a good size. The decor and furniture is a little dated throughout the hotel, but everything is well maintained. Overall - an excellent stay.
