This is a bit of a walk out of town, particularly if you’re carrying luggage from the station. However, it’s well-priced and really has everything you could need. The bathroom is small but has everything you need and the actual bed room is well laid out with plenty of space.

Friendly family hotel

Really friendly helpful staff, very clean and modern hotel and room. We travelled with children and the rooms are really family friendly and they are given a really cute kids pack when arriving. Really nice breakfast and dinner and the bar area has loads to do. Literally only downside to the hotel was that the walls to the hallways are quite thin so it can be quite loud when people are walking allong the hallway, especially if they're drunk!

The hotel was fine for the price I paid. It was from walking distance to the center of Cologne and there were many good restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was friendly. The only thing I did not like was that the room was a bit dusty and the trashcan was dirty. All in all, we had a good experience.

It's just a hostel and NOT a hotel

This is not a Hotel as advertised, this is a HOSTEL. Probably a good hostel but we booked a hotel and was advertised as a hotel. We also didn't get the room that we booked and paid for as was showing on the pictures, we were put in a less comfortable cheap room. Bed wasn't done, ear swabs around. Dark room, double bunk beds for a family and we did reserve the room 2 months earlier. We booked and paid for a hotel room and not for a hostel, so we feel deceived, misled. For similar money I could have a real hotel.

Room wasn't clean, for example mirrors and windows was dusty and had stains and looked like they hadn't been cleaned for weeks. Bed was way to hard and uncomfortable and over all the room was very worn out. During our three week roadtrip in Germany this was by far the worst hotel we stayed at. Location however was ok.

I liked the safe feel of the premises. Unfortunately upon arrival to our room we found toenail clippings on the floor. Also, it is required you fit your own mattress with provided sheet, pillowcase, and duvet cover. Beds are not pre-made for you.This may be just their protocol, don't expect all hostels to provide the same level of service. Their contactless food/drink ordering with QR code menu is not reliable. We ordered coffee and waited 15 minutes until I went up to the counter to inquire if they received our order. The employee was unaware of the online order I placed and paid for until they reviewed their computer monitor. I even had to physically show my phone on the online ordering that I paid for the coffees. There seems to be a delay in communication between the online ordering and the employee. Quick and easy check-out. It was okay.

Positive Erfahrung, jederzeit wieder gerne.

Frühstück war ausreichend und ok. Der Frühstücksraum ist leider im UG. Zimmer war neu renoviert und sauber. Wir hatten für 3 Personen ein 4- Bett-Zimmer. Super-Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Personal war extrem nett und gechillt. Wir konnten einen Parkplatz buchen, einziges Manko waren die engen Parkplätze, als es Samstags voll war.
