Great hotel with decent size rooms and nice bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to everything, including public transit. My one complaint is that they don't air condition public areas in the hotel and it was very warm and humid while I visited, meaning it was quite uncomfortable in public areas of the hotel. The room was air conditioned, although it didn't seem to achieve the temperature you set, it was still livable. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Such a wonderful stay. Appreciated how the hotel was able to check us in early for a much needed post travel nap. The staff was knowledgeable and gave recommendations for dining. Would definitely come again. Loved the single duvets for sleeping, and heated floor in the bathroom and convenient bidet. Gorgeous decor in the room, felt like you were in “Old Town” without being old.

Good service, poor AC
Had a nice stay and the hotel is gorgeous. The location is excellent by the Rhine and old city, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The air-conditioning was very weak and barely helped at all. Plus the windows only open a slight crack, so even trying that it’s very difficult to get airflow in the room at all… There is only one vent in the room and none in the bathroom. There was also a mouse running through the lobby when we were checking out of the hotel.
