Gorgeous reception upon arrival by Alex, lovely room, aircon in this heatwave was very much appreciated and room was super cool on arrival. We were getting married the following day, so the hotel staff had left a bottle of prosecco in our room to enjoy! Room was gorgeous, bed and bedding comfy to sleep in, black out curtains. Breakfast room was lovely, as was the spread of options.

We had a lovely stay at Montagu Place Hotel. We appreciated the Nespresso machine for our first cup of coffee each morning and then going downstairs for a second cup and a lovely breakfast with delightful pastries and some choices made to order. Staff were very helpful, the location was great, the room was beautiful. I loved the colors of both the room we stayed in as well as the palette chosen throughout. Lucious!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was cosy, elegant, and in the perfect location — quiet yet incredibly convenient. The staff were welcoming and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even better. I also loved that it was only an 8-minute walk from Marylebone Station, making it so easy to get around. The hotel was quaint and in a great location. I give it a poor review because of the lack of communication from the agent at check-in and check out. She advised where breakfast was served each morning but did not say anything to me about it being included with my reservation. When I made the booking I did not choose the breakfast option. The information on the Hotels.com website clearly states (and still does) continental breakfast available for a fee of 16 GBP. When checking out there was a charge of 80 pounds (142.45 CAD) for 5 days of breakfast at 16 GBP/day. When I showed my original receipt from Hotels.com showing I had booked just the room with no breakfast add on I was not so nicely told the hotel had me booked for a bnb package therefore the charge wouldn’t be removed. Whether it’s Hotels.com or the Montagu Place hotel someone needs to be clearer because I’ve had to pay what converts to almost $150 CAD for 5 breakfasts I did not ask for or use.
