Negril offers a unique experience compared to the rest of the island. You really get an island feel with many places in walking distance and with the option to rent bikes. Negril also offers some of the best white sand beaches on the island.

Negril is going downhill. I've visited for over 30 years. The music, the vibe, the things that bring foreigners here are gone. Since Hurricane Beryl, it just looks shabby and dirty, rundown, trashy.

We have been to Negril several times, it is my favorite Caribbean beach, the perfect combo of great food, no sorgassum, walkability and great music. There is less of a younger spring break scene than there used to be, trending somewhat older now.

"The property is beautiful. We had a great view of the ocean from our bed. Dinner was amazing and drinks from the bar. The staff was lovely, welcoming, and very helpful. Our overall stay was just amazing. Views of the ocean from every corner of the property was breathtaking. The grounds were well kept. Looking forward to my next visit!!"

"We had an amazing time at Azul! The property is beautiful and a perfect location on the beach. Their beach setup was nicer than the other resorts nearby (honestly). The food was 7/10, but still good for resort food. I recommend trying some of the food places nearby. The staff and entertainment were 10/10!! I Couldnt have been happier. And there were plenty of bars on the grounds (lots of swim up bars). The drinks were ok. They were what you would expect from an all-inclusive, lots of sugary mixed drinks lol.
Downside is that the property does need renovations, but that is really it. Everything is modern, just needs a facelift. "
