The staff, breakfast and location of the hotel was perfect. Rooms could do with a bit more cleaning and the furniture looked outdated and worn out.

8/10 Very good

Our room was very comfortable & perfect for what we wanted which was somewhere to sleep as we had a full weekend planned. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel or use any facilities so can’t comment, the only little negative we had was that tea/coffee wasn’t topped up daily & we had to ask for some.

6/10 Good

The hotel is in a superb location in a great neighbourhood in Bermondsey. The hotel itself is looking shabby - some aspects such as the flooring, wall covering etc are dated and damaged and the air on, whilst excellent is noisy. The beds are very comfortable and the staff were lovely.

8/10 Very good

Dated room in quiet area of London. Very walkable with lots of good restaurants nearby. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The staff was very helpful, but they did come into our room when we had the do not disturb sign on. The area is well connected to other parts of London via bus, but not the underground.

8/10 Very good

A nice reasonably priced place to stay away from central London. Staff was warm and friendly and breakfast was very good. Rooms were on the small side but had a nice modern bathroom. One elevator was out of service the entire week we were there which caused some delays.

10/10 Exceptional

A clean room with good A/C, plenty of towels, a small fridge, and a pretty view of the Shard. What is not to like. The front desk even helped me when I needed a bottle opener. I would definitely stay here again. Near a lot of great restaurants and galleries.

Very nice large rooms! Rooms were clean with plenty of cool air feom the air con. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was underwhelming for the price you pay, but otherwise not horrible.
