The lake view room we had was just beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially in the dining areas. A lovely, hot breakfast was included, and it was in a great location for the day trips we had planned during our stay. We highly recommend this hotel!

We’ve stayed in maybe 50 hotels all over Ireland, Dublin included, and this one is the best overall. We book the river rooms, where everything seems to be just where you need it- shelves, lights, closets, safe, etc. Tons of water pressure and hot water, comfortable beds. The hotel also has a first class restaurant and friendly pub. Add the stunning view across the River Shannon and it’s impossible to beat this hotel.

Attended a wedding here in April 26 and had the best wedding meal and breakfast the next day was equally as good. Went back for a short stay in June and was not dissapointed. Everything about this hotel is top notch.

Had amazing stay here for a wedding, staff couldn't of done enough for you, it has to have one of the most friendly staff i have ever come across in hotels. A lovely spot overlooking the river. Our room was spacious with a gorgeous bathtub and a very comfortable bed. We walked into town and had a very good dinner at the hotel. The customer service at the front desk was excellent. We would gladly return!
