Comfortable Stay
Nice clean hotel, just out of the way of the city. Nothing much around the hotel

Absolutely the place to stay
This hotel set the bar for excellence. The dining facilities (two of them) are exceptional. The rooms are large, clean, well equipped, and the property is updated. The pool and spa area are convenient, quiet, comfortable, and very nice. I highly recommend this hotel for travel, business, and leisure.

Don't stay here
This place was disgusting. The bar and lobby area smelt horrible. There were bugs flying around. The room wasn't very clean, the pillows had hairs on it and the floor was not vacuumed. When you used The shower it flooded the bathroom and since they are trying to be green they only provided us with two towels to clean up the mess. By far the worst place we stayed while we were in Ireland. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Great Service-Not So Great Room
The service was top-notch. I hadn't realized I arrived an hour before check-in, yet, the young woman at the front desk checked me in without any note of it. She was efficient and fabulous. The room had some updates, but the carpet was outdated and didn't match the new decor, and there were stains on the ottoman, and the floor at the entry was sticky although it looked clean. The bathroom shower leaked, and the bathroom door needs to be replaced. There is major water damage all across the bottom. The room had high attention to detail with the Nespresso maker, loose leaf tea, kettle, and various cups with saucers for the appropriate beverage of your choice. The bed was comfortable and would have provided a good night's rest had we not heard every noise in the hallway. Also, even though the air was cool outside, the room was unbearable to sleep in. I finally called the front desk around midnight (We needed to be up by 6 am to get to the airport). The young gentleman apologized, explaining the hotel did not have air conditioning, but he offered to bring up a fan. I quickly agreed, and within 10 minutes he was knocking on our door. Again, the hotel staff were accommodating, professional, and quite gracious. They offered the sort of service you expect from a Radisson Blu, or any hotel at a $250 price-point. The hotel itself was not up to par.

Overall we had a great stay at this hotel. Started off with a couple of small issues which we were able to get fixed in a couple of days. Ate at bar restaurant often and staff was very friendly and food was good.
