The smell is really bad inside the room and outside the property. The lobby was the worst and I had no idea how the staff handled it and served the breakfast without the air conditioning. There is no lift in the building so if you thought you could manage to walk to 6th floor with narrow staircases. Good luck.

Micheal and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our travel plans went as well as possible despite the effects of typhoon yagi. I can express enough how friendly and helpfull everyone was. The hotel is located in the heart of old town. It is close to the infamous beer street but it is far enough from the action and the room was quiet and clean.

The Hotel is in the perfect location if you are looking to be right in the action of Old Quarter. The only down side to the hotel was it has no elevator, so you may have to walk up many stairs depending on what room your floor is on. Overall it was a good place to stay. This hotel is very old. Not very clean. We’re not even sure the sheets were washed. Even at a discount, it’s not worth the money. We stayed here for 2 nights. We moved to ANOTHER hotel just around the corner for next 2 nights for exactly the same price. The next hotel is so much better, clean & they even provided good breakfast.
