"Overall stay was amazing. Service was friendly and attentive to detail. Wonderful welcome and check in with special drink and snack. Room was specious and modern. Bathroom has a lot of space. Only one downside is the laundry machines as they are combo washer and dryer which require each machine to take up to 2 hours to finish creating a long line. I waited standing for one hour for the machine. Because of the combo, the dryer is not strong, the clothes were still wet after 1 hour of drying "
"This was a great starting point to explore Kyoto during our four-night stay. Just outside the most busy areas this was a quiet but walkable respite each evening. Good dining options are close by. We recommend the Sotetsu Fresa Inn. "
"First time staying at the Cross chain hotels and i was surprised how nice it was. Centrally located right next to the Kamo river front and alley ways full of food/bars on one side and across the nearby intersection was a FamilyMart and the Sanjo Mentengai shopping area. Also a very short walk to the Sanjo Station which was super convenient getting around Kyoto and the surrounding areas. Checking in and out was a easy process using the kiosks in the front, staff is also super helpful - would stay again if I come back to Kyoto."
"The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are super spacious and comfortable. The bakery was really great and the location was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel!"
