Friendly and helpful staff, spacious and comfortable room, delicious breakfasts.

8/10 Very good

Breakfast spread wasnt great but the staff were kind enough to organise a live eggs counter serving your option of eggs. A security device inside the room and bathroom gave me the creeps - still not sure what the thing was. The property should clarify what it is so guests are not creeped out.

Excellent value hotel, very clean, modern stylish room with huge shower, loads of pressure and hot as you like. Quiet area at night and very quiet in the hotel. Aircon was great too holding temp in the room to a nice 22 when it was 30+ out. Room was made up nicely every day and a good supply of big towels provided. Staff were helpfull and an polite. Breakfast was a good buffet with decent enough selection to satisfy. Bacon and sausage were tasty along with the selection of pastries. Not had the cereal before but went back for more each day, an came away full for the day, enough not to bother with lunch each day. Though it could be available from a bit earlier in the morning Ideally for me especially on busy flights days like Saturday morning's. Overall a very convenient stay only a couple of mins walk from the airport bus, boat trips and ferrys to Valetta. Would stay again.

I wanted to give Urban Isle a 5 star review. However, I am used to having a safe in the room when I travel and this hotel didn't have one. So I had to keep all my valuables with me the whole time as I went out and about. Everything else was excellent. The room was tidy, the air conditioner was working, the food was amazing, the staff were lovely, the location was good, the lift was always working, the view from the roof terrace was cool.

Excellent hotel with amazing staff. The breakfast is plentiful with great variety. It would be nice to have hard boiled eggs instead of the scrambled eggs which are cooked to order. This is only a small complaint and I would definitely try to stay at this hotel again.

Very clean room, comfy beds and great shower. Really good breakfast with all the usual items of a buffet style breakfast and on top fresh scrambled eggs, tasty pastries and great coffee.

Great location, clean rooms

Staff was really friendly, the location is very close to everything, close bus stop, the only thing is that it could be quite noisy if you stay in a room with window to the street, apart from that everything was great

I really enjoyed my stay here, it’s easy to get to with bus links to the Airport as well as Valletta and other areas. The Waterfront, Strand area is also a short walk away with plenty of food options available. The room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was also very nice with lots of options. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, staff and transport links. Breakfast options were good and staff very accommodating. The room was super clean, large and comfortable. Only downfall the hotel is on a very busy road so did not get great sleep.
