Disappointing Closure of Beach Club
The staff was super helpful, and everything was okay. However, we were disappointed to find out that the beach club was closed and under reconstruction during our stay. We had specifically booked the hotel for its outdoor pool and even called beforehand to inquire, but no one informed us of the closure.

Hotel looks nice but service sucks. My friend had an accident and broke the knee the day after we arrived. We walked in and out but NO ONE cared and offered any help. I asked if we could have some water, first thing they said was it’s 2 euro per bottle. And I wanted to get some lemon water downstairs beside reception the day when we checked out, they told me it was only for welcoming guests upon arrival… We paid $256 plus extra for breakfast and that’s what we got. Very disappointed.
