Breakfast was good, enough choice and hot. Need bigger cups for tea though. Rooms are reasonable once you get the right fit for you! we changed ours on arrival as 1st one offered was dated and shabby with no view, we were shown 3 rooms and settled for the 3rd, but still a bit shabby. Pool terrace is small and beds cramped together giving very little space. Small rooftop pool but adequate to cool down and very clean. The area is a great location to get everywhere but the streets are run down. All in all, even with the disgruntle, I would return!

Good location on the main street in Gzira, easy to access public transport. Awesome to have access to the spa in Novotel, you just need to walk two minutes to get to it.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast and amenities were great for the price we paid. The room was clean but the shower leaked when in use but we didn’t complain as we only had a short stay.

Not the friendliest of check-ins. Hotel facilities, room and breakfast areas all good though. Breakfast offering good - although very busy and small for hotel size.

6/10 Good

The breakfast was boring! The pool was dissapointing and only luxury rooms had Access to the Big pool that was advertised when booking. The A/C was really low functioning so the first room we had Were humid and not pleasant… lastly we got upgraded to a new room which was good. The A/C was still not great. Quality control on the A/C is low so you need to make contact with the personel which took some energy and time from our vacation…

The bed was very comfortable, with a nice variety of pillows. The shower was great, excellent water pressure. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast were friendly and efficient. Doris (I think she was a housekeeper) was lovely, and very helpful.

A very good hotel

Very good hotel in a central area for transport and travel around the island. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful in all aspects of our stay. I would certainly recommend this to anyone and will plan to stay here again. The general manager took time to chat with guests at breakfast to ensure any issues could be resolved.

Hotel is situated in a great location, with easy access to St. Julians, and Valletta. Loved that the room had a great view of the boardwalk with the boats. Breakfast was good, and thank you to all the attendants who made our stay special. Don't hesitate, book it.

8/10 Very good

Excellently located (10 mins to ferry) £10 uber to Airport and less to Valleta old town. Amazing views across the harbour from our seaview room (512). The room was clean and had what we needed for a short weekend stay. Good breakfast. Nice bar area. Rooftop pools could do with some attention (tiling mainly) but you can access the gorgeous Aqualuna complex opposite. Only strange one for us was the daily after 3pm cleaning of the room which was quite inconvenient given we'd been out all day!
