Everything is ALWAYS amazing and wonderful everytime we stay here. The staff is warm and courteous. They know their guests by name and call them by it EVERYTIME they encounter them without prompts or computers. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with every amenity imaginable. Our stay at Raffles London at the OWO was truly the experience of a lifetime! From the moment we entered the property, we were treated like royalty. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond expectations! We stayed over New Year’s Eve and the location was perfect. Our room was luxurious and we felt very pampered. The spa area is exquisite and the staff there are so friendly and pampering! This hotel is truly a gem and one of the very best hotel experiences we have had. We hope to return in the future!

Great history, and attentive staff - a real luxury stay. Pool and spa were fabulous. However, there was no mirror in the bedroom (for hairdryer) and unfortunately the milk in the fridge was off on the second day (not-checked) - minor issues that slightly spoiled the stay, but when paying a premium price, don't expect flaws!

That's the most stunning and amazing hotel I have ever stayed in so far. The hotel itself is a sight seeing spot with rich history. The staff are so kind and considerate. I can't even describe more about how amazing this hotel is. But one thing is certain as the value of the hotel said -- arrive as a guest, leave as a friend and return as family.

Amazing place to stay, concierge staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. Picture don’t do justice the actual room is much nicer and I like all the details in the room. Location is amazing and very walkable, used the swimming pool as well which is not busy at all, it was a great experience staying there and had great memories. Raffles OWO is filled with history! Breakfast service needs to be friendlier… grumpy waitstaff. Indian dishes in the Drawing Room restaurant needs improvement given all the great Indian food in London.
