Just returned from a fantastic 2 night stay at this superb stylish hotel in an excellent location in the old town, right by the golden roof. We stayed in the rooms with a balcony, which were situated at the back, felt very peaceful with stunning views of the mountains. Absolutely lovely stay at Altstadthotel in Innsbruck. Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at for customer service, the staff were absolutely fantastic and made the stay a joy. There was some street noise in night so I'd probably recommend a room towards the back of the hotel if you can but otherwise, I'm struggling to find fault with the rest of the hotel. Can't wait to visit again for longer.
