Boring vs not boring
We had a good stay. Communication not great, they will not let you know about what you have included in the reservation. As a gold member you need to ask for what is promised. No upgrades mentioned. They have bikes you can use for free but you need to find out by yourself, they don’t bother. A clean place but with minimal effort from staff. More like a 3 star vibe. Breakfast not fantastic, some eggs and cold cuts, staff super bored again. Get used with apathy:)). Mountains will compensate :), nature fantastic, not boring.

Very central hotel
Very central hotel. Clean and well presented. No WiFi in room when we were there. Staff said available in common area but didn’t try it. Nice breakfast. Felt that staff could be a bit more welcoming. Small thing but no tea coffee in room and 3 euro charge for water in mini bar which in itself not a problem but then we were offered water for our journey when we checked out? Was this free? Didn’t ask, assumed so but why not offer it free just on arrival too?
