The location was great. The stay was so so. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. On our 2nd day after being gone from our room for over 5 hours we came back and there had been no housekeeping. When I inquired, they told me that housekeeping had been busy cleaning rooms for new bookings because they were full. So in other words, it was not important to service their existing customers. After we learned that housekeeping quits the day at 16:00 we told them to just bring us clean towels because it was to late. Little did we know until later in the night that they never even supplied the room from the beginning with extra toilet paper. I had to call them to bring some. With covid, people were blowing their noses at the tables in the restaurant and then going over to the food areas and getting food.

Definitely was a place I would of loved to extend my trip if I could! The staff was very nice, room was great, and the spa/pool were to die for! It was a good end to the day after walking all day! Would love to go back and stay!

Awesome hotel
Great hotel, staff was friendly, it was clean and comfortable. The rooms state they are soundproof and while it was fairly quiet we could hear a baby crying across the hall and a few rowdy men walking through the streets outside. The sights outside the hotel are simply breathtaking and the sauna was a fantastic way to end the day.

Convenient to transport. By the river. By old town streets and landmarks. Very good staff and breakfast. Christmas eve dinner, too $$, and too much for human to eat, 3 hours long. Would not do that again.
