Great location, close to promenade, walking distance to Valletta ferry, heaps of restaurants and cafes nearby.
Room was functional, including fridge which was actually cold - so hard to get in a hotel room!
Breakfast was basic but plentiful, staff friendly. Parking nearby is an issue (the hotel shares a carpark with a sister hotel, but it was full, so we had to take our chances on the street.
Wi-fi in room was good. Recommended.

The hotel has only recently been refurbished so everything is new. All I hope is that they maintain the new fittings as it looks great now.
Breakfast was good and plentiful so no complaints there.
Location is great, right next to Ponsonby bus stop which is served by the TD13 airport bus. No need for expensive transfers as it is €3 each and as quick as a taxi.
Overall a great stay, would happily go back.

Room was very clean, although we did not have a view from our room, though it did the job as it is in an ideal location just off the strand near hundreds of restaurants and the marina. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was great. View from the rooftop pool area was amazing.

Lovely modern room and shower. Spotlessly clean and refreshed every morning. Spacious, fridge, safe, tea and coffee. Breakfast plentiful. Staff helpful and courteous.
Warning hotel has no bar but rows of bars and restaurants within walking/stumbling distance.

Our stay at Alavits was perfect. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly and always very pleasant to chat to each day.
Our room was absolutely perfect!
Great size and great amenities. Perfect for a family and lived the rooftop pool with a great view over Malta.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good. It was set back from the busy road which was good as no traffic noise could be heard at night. It was in a central location with plenty of eating places nearby and just a 10 minute walk to the ferry crossing for Valetta. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Malta.

Overall great hotel. Staff very helpful and excellent location! Only thing we found was that the doors in the rooms weren’t the best at keeping the sound from the corridor out and the pool walls could’ve done with some tlc and descaling!!

The hotel has an excellent location, with stunning views from the room and the rooftop pool. The room’s interior was beautifully designed. Although the drainage in the bathroom and sink could be improved, it did not significantly affect our stay.
I would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Malta.

Clean, modern hotel room. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was bountiful with many gluten free options. Wish the room had an iron (I'm sure I could have called down for one), and that there was a fan in the bathroom to help control humidity (a losing battle in Malta, though).

Hotel is a great location, and easy walking and ferry access to the sites.
Room was spacious and quiet and breakfast had a great selection.
Car park is at sister hotel in basement, and approx 5 min walk, and very safe to leave car.
Checking a bit slow, but other from that would stay here again.

On the 13th floor w spectacular view of the marina from a large patio. The room was very clean and bed quite comfortable. The pool and loungers on the 14th floor was beautiful with the kindest bartender and great view. Location is perfect for transit access- ferry, bus and Bolt (their Uber). The staff was so pleasant. Breakfast was good. Tip: the convenience store across the street with stock you up with anything you need. Get yourself bottled water as the hotel does not sell it aside from at the pool deck.
I really enjoyed my 5 night stay and would recommend it to anyone.
