Room was ok , not very big , enough room for a couple days stay for engineer
KAREN, 2-night trip

Cheap for London

The staff were lovely. The hotel could do with a refresh, but it’s excellent value for money – especially for London. I arrived late it was quiet and I slept well.

Don't book here

The hotel was situated well in London. But the matress in the bed was terrible and so were the pillows. The carpet in the room was old and dirty. So we will not recommend this hotel to others.

Single night stay

I stayed only one night at the Colliers Hotel. The room was basic, with ensuite shower and toilet. Everything was working in the room, so I could not have asked for more.

Very simply but the location is perfect, near to Victoria underground and bus station.

Good budget option

Very basic accommodation, as expected for the budget price. My single room was absolutely tiny but quite well equipped. The pillow was hard and lumpy but was willingly changed for a new one on request. That end of Warwick Way is pretty quiet - in my room at the back it was so quiet it was hard to believe you were in central London.

I left the hotel & came back home with bedbugs. Do NOT go to this hotel. Just AWFUL.

It was scary , going in to my room the stairs where about 30 inches wide , the bathroom was super small, no idea how they let rent those hotels

Best location good service

Booked the room for mom. She loved . Easy/quick walk distance to most attractions. Mom traveled to many other cities too from Victoria and kings cross stations by taking train. They are very close .

Brief stay .

Always stay here as a great location for Victoria. A basic hotel which suits our simple needs with helpful staff and an eagerness to please. We don't find the lack of free WiFi a problem as there are plenty of pubs around where I can connect there. Room 116 was compact but suited us as we only had 1 suitcase this trip. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower powerful. We worked around the small challenge of the sink and shower being in the same area. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk too. Staff helped carry our suitcase upstairs to the 1st floor and down again. A very reasonable price to stay in this area.

Need improvements

The kitchen was not in working condition, which was very inconvenient. The bathroom was extremely small, making it uncomfortable to use, and there was no soap provided for the shower.
7-night trip

8/10 Very good

The hotel was clean and the staff welcoming. A short distance from Victoria station which suited us. And wonderfully quiet on the Thursday and Friday nights we stayed. On a lesser side, the quietness is due to it being off a bus route etc and although the area is safe with many cafes, those that are not comfortable with a 15 min walk would need a cab. also, the set up means that they are unable to offer breakfasts (which we would have liked) nor those unable to manage stairs. We would use again.
Lawrence, 2-night trip

Room too stufy
Taju, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Room was very tiny. Fine if you’re staying one night but wouldn’t stay any longer. Shower isn’t really useable due to size and toilet was the size of a shoe box.
Danielle, 1-night trip

I feel safe since it’s open 24 seven a lot of dining places nearby. I will stay here again.
Emma, 8-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great for a budget friendly stay. Room was clean abd the hotel staff let us hold our bags before check in and after check out.
Lian, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Warning

Was by far the worst night I didn’t even get into the bed as it was all soo dirty, was a plastic bathroom like what would be found in a caravan, the towel was dirty and just thrown on the floor of the bathroom, there was no fan or ac so was roasting hot, don’t take kids as my room was top floor but the windows open all the way so kids would fall out, the bed was uncomfortable and when I left I was welcomed to an over weight foreign guy asleep across the office furniture Warning stay clear of this hotel!
Dale, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Nice place to stay near Victoria station
Kevin, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Made aast minute booking due to not feeling safe at another hotel round the corner. Room was exactly the same as the pictures. Reception staff were brilliant & explained how the key card system worked. Room was clean & tidy. Handle was loose on the loo but it still worked. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.
Maxine, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

No washcloths. You have to pay for soap. The bathroom is extremely tiny. Staff were nice. I would only recommend staying here if you need a bed for one night
Mariah, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The internet was very slow. Could not handle FaceTime or any other menial tasks.

10/10 Exceptional

Close proximity to everything
