Ideal location, Paddington station within walking distance, market halls a fabulous place for food and drink and some great little coffee shops in the area to.

Belvedere was in great location. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores and Paddington station. The room was clean but it was a bit hot as there wasn't any Air conditioning but they provided us with a fan. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Super friendley staff, a little bit in need of some renovation inside the rums.

A nice hotel and modestly priced for Late May in London. Central and Safe Accommodation, but a literal train goes right under you. Not very fun, but a truly unique rocking experience. Staff is very friendly, especially for London standards.

Solo traveler haven

It was a small cute comfortable room that was perfect for solo travel. The room was down the hall from the breakfast room, bringing wonderful breakfast smells first thing in the morning. The hotel is next to Paddington station and the bus line making transportation, easy and smooth.

Comfy place to put your head. Perfect for city visits, over and underground stations all over and very close. You can here the underground but I loved that. Evenings outside are mostly quiet after the commute has died down. You will not be disappointed with the food choices nearby. Highly recommend Mickys fish and chips round the corner by the hospital. Beautiful gardens opposite.

Functional. Nothing great or bad about it. Staff did what was normal, but with little warmth. It was fine.

Nice place to stay

The Belvedere hotel is at the end of the street at Norfolk Square. Close to Paddington underground station. Trains from underground heard and felt during evening and morning. Trains stop running after 11 pm, then it's quiet. Nice small park 100 m from the hotel. Great India food at The Mughal's Indian Restaurant. English breakfast at the hotel between 8 and 9 am for 7.5 £.

Great area, good staff, quiet. Room was a bit small, shower good but small. But I'd stay there again.

The bed is comfortable but the shower takes a VERY long time to warm up and when it does, the water is not hot, just warm. Plus, the draining was not working properly.

Worst hotel ever

A complete waste of money, trains are passing by every minute shaking the whole room, worst hotel experience in my entire life

Great little find!

We were in London for the marathon. The hotel was in a perfect location and the price was really good. The staff were friendly. We were able to have a quadruple room, which was perfect for our needs, as a family of four. The bedding and towels were crisp white and the bathroom smelled clean and fresh. Everything about the hotel was perfect for our needs. The only fault was that the shower took ages to warm up and the water pressure was very low, but we would definitely stay again. We were offered breakfast, but had to leave at 7am to get to Blackheath.

It was only a 5 minute walk from Paddington Station which was ideal for me with 2 big cases! Had to leave cases in reception as no lift but that was fine for me as only overnight. Bed was very comfortable.

Skip it - there are better places in the area

Was told I had been upgraded, but found myself in a dark downstairs room that literally shook every time an underground train went by. I was told there were no options to be moved and that the trains would stop at midnight. Obviously they started again at 5am, so I slept very poorly. When I asked for an iron and ironing board, I was taken through a maze of corridors to an underground hallway and told I could use it there. So my only option was to trapse my clothes through the hotel at 10pm. My phone had no service in the basement room. The stairs were extremely steep and narrow and no help was offered with my suitcase. I felt it was quite dangerous.
