We found the staff very helpful and friendly! The location is so convenient and the area felt very safe. Our room was perfect for our needs and we appreciated the small fridge. The bed was very comfortable and we were happy with our hotel choice.

It took the staff over a week to get back to me about a booking issue (that was partially orbitz fault). And then when the trip came up, it took them 24 hours to even notice that we weren’t there. Got a very sterile “sorry” email. I’m sorry too. Sorry that I considered staying there.

We were there during the week of 6/26/23. two things that i personally didn’t like. the A/C was set at 19 celsius and it was hot during my stay. i could not control it on my end and asked the hotel if they could lower it by one celsius and they could not. The other is the room size for two. It is very small like 100 sqt. if you are single. it will be fine but if you are a couple that are about 6 feet and over. make sure you verify the size. you will feel uncomfortable. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly and the area is near to everything.
