The hotel was very basic but staff were pleasant and helpful. Although there was a bar l never saw it operation. Although the bathroom was spacious the shower cubical was very small and basic, hardly any room inside.Similar to showers on ferry cabins. Very convenient location.

Location is good. It’s about 10 mins walk from Milan Train Station. Check in done smoothly. Staff able to checked us in promptly. However didn’t give us some information about the area. Like us, being a first time in Milan, i didn’t feel a warmth welcome. Places like restaurants, attractions near by the hotel.

The room I had was pretty small. However, it was clean and enough for me since I was out for most of the day. The hotel itself is about a 5-10 mins walk from the Central Station which is very convenient. I just wish the trains would run til 3am at least. The staff I dealt with were pretty polite and are on duty 24-7.

An ok hotel and nothing more.

It was a decent hotel. You know why its cheap. Breakfast wasnt good, the eggs and bread was like from last week. Not so much else to eat. The juicer had ananas juice and water. Not so many options either. The room was ok but very very thin walls, you could always hear the people in the hallway and hear the guests next door opening the doors or using their bathroom. The cleaning staff startes cleaning an making noise at 8am. The bathroom had a window so that neighbours could see in, it had no blur or film on it. Neighbours could see directly while you were on the toilet or talking a bath. The hot water wasnt always that hot. The towel dryer didnt work. The wifi was actually fine, I dont know if we were close to the router so maybe thats the reason. The receptionist staff was polite and smiling.

The breakfast is the most lousy thing in this restaurant, the room is small specially the bathroom is very small I don’t advise anyone to go here, specially because the prices are so high and the quality is so bad
