Had a wonderful time staying at the Bentley, it’s a nice hotel with friendly staff. Well situated close to the tube station and other places like Royal Albert Hall (went to a concert there) and museums, etc. Walking distance to some really splendid restaurants. The room was pleasant, perhaps a bit time-worn but clean and comfortable.

The staff were kind and helpful with the stay, they were approachable and respectful. The location is fantastic and so close to main attractions. Negatives: I only feel a little let down by the condition of the room itself.. for a 5 star luxury boutique you would expect cleanliness to be 5 star standard. I noticed in my room upon entering the bathroom taps had quite a lot of limescale, the tiles need a good scrub, water marks on the taps and shower door, the toilet pan wasn’t spotless either. Guests will easily notice these things. The bed headboard has a stain. The cosmetic mirror was hanging in the bathroom maybe it was broken at some point. I get it’s an old building but seems like maintenance of rooms has not kept up.

Another wonderful stay at The Bentley. Beautifully decorated, quiet street close to parks, shops and restaurants all within walking distance and the staff always polite, professional and attentive. Such a delight to stay; a home from home, and I look forward to visiting again soon!
