This was an amazing hotel! The staff couldn't do enough for us. The room was as expected and very clean. We didn't have breakfast. The location was great, 3-5 min walk to the main square, less than a 10 min walk to the train station. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.

Our group stayed in two different rooms and both met our needs — especially clean and quiet for 5 nights. Would stay there again and highly recommend it. Staff was also helpful with home-cooking restaurant recommendations nearby and holding our luggage for 6 hours after our check out enabling us to have an easier visit to two museums. Loved having the green space immediately outside the entrance to get us out and walking into a park-like setting, convenient to trams, and central station for longer distance exploration.

Very nicely decorated in the style the hotel story told of its history. Rooms are a good size and don’t suffer from extraneous noises from neighbouring rooms. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had. Staff are all very friendly and helpful willing to go the extra mile to cater for their guests.The hotel’s position is good not right in the old town but only a short pleasant walk to the main square. Evening there’s low key lounge jazz a la Ella Fitzgerald which suits the vibe well. Overall a lovely hotel where you don’t feel that it’s just part of a chain. It has its own individuality
