Staff and location was perfect!

I’ve now stayed here multiple times and it’s definitely my “go to” for overnight stays whenever I’m dropping off/picking up my NAU freshman! The hotel is clean and modern and very reasonably priced. Front desk staff always very friendly and helpful. Close enough to eating establishments to walk when the weather is good and a quick drive to the University. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Pool and hot tub were pristine and heated. Beds were very comfortable

Overall, great hotel. My only complaint is that the beds are not the most comfortable compared to other hotels or chains that I’ve stayed at. They are ok for a night if you’re passing through but definitely not if you’re busy hiking and being active in Flagstaff and needing good rest and staying for a few few days. After a second night we couldn’t wait to get home and sleep in a comfortable bed!

Breakfasts were very well prepared. Properly was clean and the pool was fun. Only downfall was the laundry room. The dryer lint trap needed cleaning. Kind of gross having to clean out other peoples’ lint.

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent hotel, room very clean. Not too large so everything was near and convenient. Car parking was covered which was good as was raining and easily accessed. Free coffee and cookies always available at reception as well as coffees and teas in the room. There is a shop in reception and microwave in room. Breakfast had a good selection. The gentleman on reception was very helpful. The female on reception at arrival didn’t greet us or was at all friendly and just went through the motions of checking us in. This wasn’t the best first impression, but aside from that all other staff were very friendly and the hotel was excellent.
