Will probably never go back to this hotel

There was a lady at the desk that was not as friendly and she could have, while a gentleman that was also at the desk was far more customer-service oriented. If she didn't want to be there, then she should have stayed at home that day. Also, an unusual sulfur smell emitted from the water and the hotel had a burst pipe earlier in the day. Not sure if the two are related, and issues like these occur from time-to-time so this did not impact our decision not to come back. I will certainly compliment their location and view, but for the cost of a single night stay, the poor service at the desk, and the unusual smell in the water, it makes far more sense to take advantage of other accommodations. Besides, if you staying in your room all day while you're in Sedona, you may as well have stayed at home.
