Spacious, quiet and comfortable rooms
This is the second time we've stayed at Twin Arrows. Staff are always very friendly. Even though this is a casino, the rooms are away from the game room so are very quiet. We really like the new text to valet service that allows you to text from your room so your car is waiting for you when you step outside.

Mom/daughter trip
Machines seemed tight, didn't win any money. Very few people in casino on Friday night, seemed weird, better on Saturday. Need to market better? Had a good dinner at Zenith

My wife and I stayed for a quick get away and to get a better feel of how Flagstaff has expanded and grown. The hotel was great and the restaurant Zenith was one of the best places we have dined. We have to give a good portion of that experience to our server. We will be staying there again and dining at Zenith.

Great Hotel: Just Make Cadino Non-Smoking
Best hotel in Flagstaff area. Only problem was that they now allow smoking in the casino. Cigarette smoke permeates downstairs area including restaurant.

Nice out of town place
The room was spacious and comfortable. The colors and and overall interior design of the hotel I did not find attractive, but that's entirely subjective! The restaurant was closed the night we were there, which was disappointing since the hotel is quite far out of town. However, we ate in the sports bar which was surprisingly good. We did not use the casino, which seems to be the main attraction. The hotel was fine for us since we were on a road trip on I-40 and only needed a comfortable sleep. Be aware, there is absolutely nothing nearby.
