Cozzy and well located
It was a short stay. We liked the location and hotel set up. Nice beds and neat bathroom. We were hoping to have some quiet and relaxing time at the Jacuzzi; however, there were kids playing and jumping off the pool. That was the night's turn off.

Beds are not good
Beds are full, not queen, and are bouncy. Not comfortable at all. I couldn’t get a good night sleep during my stay, and it affected my next day trip to Grand Canyon. Other than that, the hotel is clean.

Front desk did not mention the cowboy show that's held on the property twice in the mornings even though she knew we had two kids. it is a main event for kids and we only found out as we were driving out of the parking lot and happened to notice the crowd at the end of the show. Expected better customer service in that regard since this is the priciest hotel in town. Room had higher end finishes on furniture and fixtures. Buffet seemed overpriced and food was mostly deep friend and greasy.

Hotel was great. We checked in to a room that was still being cleaned, but the hotel staff remedied that immediately. Only disappointment was all train ride tickets were sold out. It was the main reason I booked the hotel. However, we drove to the canyon ourselves and had an amazing time exploring the canyon with all the great advice given by the Grand Canyon Visitor Center.
