everything was really nice, the staff is very helpful and the cleaning staff was exceptional.. the food is really good and tasty something to improve is the wifi signal reception, specially in the edge rooms.. also the parking system not 100% reliable and I had to validate the tickets multiple times. overall a nice hotel, located near the airport. looking forward to stay there again.

When I complained at the front desk, I was told the standard rooms were at the tower where the front desk was, but those rooms were going to be assigned to incoming guests. I insisted I wanted a standard room. The front desk did not wish to accommodate.

Terrible cleanliness. Mountains of dust in the room. Paid for mini bar not stocked. 6 calls over 5 hours and several promises later and still nothing. Had to go to front desk and even then they couldn't get it right. Bath all scratched with red marks, marks on mirrors. Breakfast good one day but lots of things missing the next day. Overall run down with horrendous customer service. Asked for a follow up from the hotels GM bit nothing yet. By far, the worst of 20 + Van der Valk hotels I've stayed at
