This hotel did not disappoint. Great little hotel in the heart of the tourist district with everything around that you may need. Stayed in the terrace room, excellent being able to relax out on the large outdoor space. We had a wonderful stay in a beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean room. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with plenty of hanging space for clothes. The bathroom was also clean and generously sized. Although there was no balcony, the additional sitting area provided a lovely spot to watch the lively streets below and extra space for luggage. The central location in Lisbon was a major highlight, with easy access to public transportation, wonderful hidden dining gems nearby, and many tourist attractions within walking distance. The small staff team was efficient, friendly, and attentive, making us feel warmly welcomed and well cared for. A welcome gift of port wine, glasses for two, and chocolates added a thoughtful touch. The excellent complimentary breakfast was another highlight, along with the cakes, snacks, tea, and coffee available in the dining room throughout the day. The small, well-kept dining room and cozy lounge made the hotel feel inviting and comfortable.
