They charge $50 for pets (normal) but the poop station bags were so jammed into the holder that I could not get any out. I reported it 3 times to 3 different front desk employees. Fortunately, I carry my own. Also, the doors to the pool were locked. I tried to find someone to help and was told that the doors were not locked. But finally got someone to go with me and he said 'why are these doors locked?' couldn't answer. I propped the door open so I wouldn't get locked outside. The pool and pool area are beautiful, by the way. Lovely furniture.

I had to fix the toilet after every use from our whole family. The room was so hot because the ac unit on the wall was out of date. Some of the staff was so sweet but others were not very helpful. The hotel is pretty but it is not very accommodating.
