Staff were very nice and friendly . Overall nice stay Watch out for Service Charge during Breakfast. Not sure why there was Service Charge for 2 . 4$ for 14$. There is no fridge in the room I knew there was some construction work going on but in my room blinds had problem, light needed bulb replacement and there was an hole from construction that was left open in ceiling, the bathroom door did not fully close. I requested to send someone but no one took care of it

Most of the staff were great. The hotel itself is nothing like advertised unfortunately. I knew they had areas under construction but this was definitely not worth the money. Also, the pool was full of large pieces of trash from construction. For a “boutique hotel” it was crazy. More like a bad motel 6. But the staff was friendly and very helpful (minus one)

Overall, the hotel itself was nice and the staff were very welcoming. The room was quiet for the most part, and the beds were super comfortable, which made it easy to relax. However, I was pretty disappointed that there was active construction during our stay that was not mentioned on the website. We specifically chose this hotel for the courtyard and pool, but both were unavailable, which was frustrating. On our first morning, we were also woken up early by loud drilling in the walls, definitely not the peaceful start we were hoping for. Aside from the construction issues, the stay was pleasant. I just wish there had been more transparency ahead of time about the renovations.
