Nice stay in Vienna

Location was pretty good - very close to RingStrasse - so it made getting around town very convenient. Rooms were quite small (especially with sleeper sofa pulled out for kids). Also the air conditioning didn't get quite as cold as we prefer so we were really hot in the room. Our room wasn't ready until 5 pm, which was especially disappointing given that we had taken a red eye and were waiting for a room since arriving 8:30 in the morning. Breakfast was fantastic and staff were great.

Manager was very rude, we landed at 1200pm got to the hotel and they made us wait until 3:00 to get the room. We had 3 children with us. The waiter was also very rude. We decided not to eat at the hotel.

Oda yeterli büyüklükte yataklar rahat, konum olarak metroya 100 metre zaten her yere metro ve tramvayla gidilebiliyor. Tarihi mekanlara yakın olsun derseniz yürümek yorar ona göre bakılabilir alternatifler ama otel gayet iyi.
