The hotel is perfectly situated on the banks of the Thames and its staff are all friendly and helpful. From your room you can watch the rowers in their fours and eights speeding down the river and then lifting up their boats and manoeuvring them back into the boathouse. Very relaxing! Temperature control on the room is excellent.

The staff are absolutely stand out here! I loved the extra effort, walking me to my room, leaving a handwritten welcome card on the bed. It’s these small touches that really make a hotel stand out. Thanks for the excellent service! Location is spot on overlooking the Thames and right in the town centre. Plenty of on street parking around the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful too. I would love to come back here again. It was excellent value for money.

I can't recommend the Relais enough. The staff were exceptional - everyone we interacted with was welcoming and friendly. They were very accommodating of our 1 year old. The location is perfect - can walk to the river, shops and restaurants within minutes. The rooms are good sized and feel spacious

We had a lovely stay here. Very helpful, friendly staff who were very welcoming to our young children. We stayed in a family room which was comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend the Relais and will return if we ever need a place to stay in Henley.
