The hotel is nice. It has a great location. In the shower they have a hair and body combo. I called the front desk for just shampo and they did not have any.

I liked my stay a lot and the room was clean.

6/10 Good

The location was excellent, and the room was clean. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress offered very little support, and the bed made loud creaking and squeaking noises with every movement, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Daniela and Marcus greeted us at reception. They were efficient, charming and entertaining. We enjoyed a nice glass of Porto with pasteis de nata. Our room was clean and modern. The hotel is well located. Close to everything including the metro. We already reserved the same room for our last stay before heading back home. Congratulations for a great hotel and excellent service.

8/10 Very good

Staff was great, they surprised my wife with a cake on her birthday which was a nice touch you rarely see with hospitality now. Hotel is in a great location and inside was well kept. Our room was on the smaller side and we had to keep our suitcases right next to the bed but we made it work. Outside the hotel the street would fill up with trash almost nightly, not really the hotels fault and it was cleaned up by the morning.

This was a really lovely hotel. Like most European cities, rooms are small in Lisbon. But the staff was really kind and helpful and the room was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
