Had a wonderful stay at this Hotel with my Wife. Check-in was simple, room was ready, and reception staff were very friendly. The room itself was of a decent size, very clean, and had everything in that you could want. The bed was really comfortable, and the pillows are the best I've ever slept on. Breakfast was plentiful, with a large choice of cooked food, fruits, cereals, and pastries, with everything being very fresh. All in all a 5 star experience. 10/10 Exceptional

Our stay at Hilton Tower Bridge was an excellent. The front desk staff that we dealt with (Heleana and Sean) were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome and appreciated. Our room was very spacious, clean and quiet - exactly what we were looking for. The location of the hotel was perfect - right next to London Bridge station, Borough Market, HMS Belfast Tower Bridge and The Shard. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay again.

This hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful! They did everything they could to make us comfortable in the middle of London’s heat wave. From the popsicles when you check in, to the water and juice bar that is available 24/7 to the staff going the extra mile to locate two chocolate croissant’s. My stay was extremely pleasurable. Not to mention the comfort of the beds, the maintenance of the property and the spaciousness of the room and bathroom. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Fabulous and friendly check in, Prosecco on arrival. Given preferred room, some small issues - gowns missing but soon rectified. Live tv channels not working sadly but offered a continental treat as compensation. Great location and overall stay.
