Well located, hence the price tag of almost £300 per night, breakfast not included! Modern hotel with no real reception as check-in and room keys are all done online. Subdued lighting everywhere. Room was basic for the price, very limited storage space, A few hangers and two of the three drawers were already taken up with a mini safe and hair dryer. Limited complimentary tea/coffee. Shower was excellent. Biggest complaint was the roof bar. Went up for a nightcap. Receptionist was very surly, showed us to an indoor booth but we wanted to sit outside and admire the view. There was a free table but she insisted it was reserved, even though there was no reserved marker on it. She begrudgingly let us stay when we promised to move if anyone better looking than us came, as the place was full of pretty young things taking selfies and updating their 'Instagrams'. Drinks prices were predictably expensive but the two male waiters were very friendly.

We LOVED this hotel! The location was perfect, it's very walkable to major attractions and it's easy to find food close by. The staff are very friendly, they arranged tickets to the Phantom of the Opera for us which was a dream come true for me, London is now extra special to us, we will be back! The room was comfortable, we had no issues at all and the overall vibe felt luxurious without the big price tag. I love Covent Garden area, lots to do and see. I wish we had stayed longer!
