had a great family stay at the Wellington Hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the location made it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and very helpful in, even allowing my husband to retrieve his passport after checkout, which we really appreciated. We would happily return and highly recommend it for families.

Single room. Near elevator but not a lot of noise bleed and they don't have the tone and floor announcement at volume 11. So pretty good. Breakfast buffet was good. Hot choices and European items. Half board dinner has to be selected and time reserved ahead. Reasonable but choices limited if long stay. All staff are friendly and guest experience focused. Seem to be well managed.

This will now be my go to hotel to stay at in London. The best nights sleep I've had in the Victoria area. A short walk from Victoria coach station and you arrive at the hotel. Tucked away opposite a playing field. No noise from main roads, a perfect spot to stay. The hotel itself is really clean, room was huge for London, with two showers! Breakfast was nice not exceptional. I've had better but the price point reflects this. We did have a brunch here also, that food was very good. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Staff was top notch across the board. They were able to check us in VERY early which was a God send after a long overnight flight. The chicken tikka masala from the in house restaurant is some of the best we’ve ever had, and the Mojitos from the restaurant bar were hands down the best ever. Great location, close to man attractions without being in the thick of anything. The AC was badly needed and works VERY well, another godsend in an unusually long and very unexpected heat wave in London. Would definitely stay here again!
