Dark, old rooms with very dirty carpets. Bathroom new and updated. Room was very hot the first night, but front desk fixed immediately upon awareness. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants near by. Very close to underground and Hyde park.

Was a lovely hotel clean and well maintained. However needs soundproofing internally you can hear everything outside and everyone coming and going leaving through the lift. I couldn’t sleep it was so loud.

Good hotel

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff were friendly. The rooms are a little on the small side. The breakfast was adequate and they had hot plates. Check in was quick and easy. All in all a good experience.

Small room, great location.

Nice hotel in a nice area. Although expected, the room size is quite small, as is the bed. Otherwise, it's in a great location, only a few steps from the Underground station.

Great location, it's really close to two metro stations. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, although the toilet bowl should've been cleaned a little more thoroughly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here!
