Just to reaffirm my previous recommendation as we opted to return to acom hotel for the last days of our stay in Vienna. Staff and facilities remained at a high standard and did not disappoint. We couldn’t have had better accommodations.

This is a great hotel close to all transport methods into the centre. It is also walkable if you want to see all the main attractions on the way to the centre. The staff were friendly and polite. We were able to checkin early as our room was ready. On our check out day we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went sightseeing again.

It is a good hotel. But at the time of my visit (Nov 2024) it was being renovated. Lobby was closed and there was no breakfast at the hotel. I wanted to have friends visit me in the hotel but lobby was closed. Lack of breakfast on-site made it a little inconvenient but there are good options nearby if you are not in a hurry.

Srayed here only for a short period of time to catch a connecting train in the morning. However, it was a positive experience from the moment I checked in when I was upgraded unexpectedly. The room was great and even had a small balcony. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great sleep. Took only a few minutes to walk to the train station and there are many restaturants and shops to catch a bite to eat, even in the early morning. Highly recommend.

Mycket bra läge. 100 meter till centralstationen med alla möjligheter för vidare färd in mot centrum eller för färd ut på landsbygden. Incheckningen var inte den smidigaste då min bokningen verkade vara halt borta. 10 min senare och med lätt hjärtklappning var detta löst och jag kunde åka upp till mitt rum. Äntligen ett rum med lite rymd. Kanske inte det bästa för mig som upplever att man då kan sprida sina saker lite hejvilt. Skön härlig säng med täcke för frusna själar dvs alla fönster öppnade jag fort som fan. Just som Epstein dokumenten släpps hade jag nu hamnat på ett hotell med både amerikanska och brittiska tv kanaler. Badrummet var väldigt basic men både handtvålen och duschkrämen doftade underbart. Till frukosten då. Jag gillade utbudet och allt var fräscht och bra tillagat.
