What a beautiful hotel and what a view on the bay side. Located in an easily accessible spot. The walk to the train station is a bit further that I had hoped. But easy walk to the Ferris wheel and the waterfront. Yokohama is amazing! I only wish there were a few more traditional western breakfast items at the included breakfast buffet.

The hotel is clean overall but it’s not as clean compared to when it first opened. There was a noticeable stain on the furniture in my room and the carpet on the 3rd floor next to the laundry room, microwave ovens and vending machines has noticeable stains from guests spilling food and drinks. This issue should be addressed because it shows the hotel does not please a high priority on cleanliness. If they are not keeping the carpet clean, what else are they not cleaning.
