We had a really nice stay here, hotel staff on reception were very welcoming and attentive to Detail. The only, and I mean only negative is the bed size, it was a small double, in a nice big room and a lovely en-suite. I would definitely stay here again though, but maybe book a bigger bed if this is an option.

Good location. Nicely presented hotel. Shower could have been a bit bigger and air con more powerful but overall good stay

We stay often for grandparent duties and love the cheerful reception and sense of space in the rooms. Add a Nespresso machine and it would be perfection (we bring our own)! Thanks for looking after us so well.

Hotel was clean but functional perfect for business but not really for a weekend away. Comfortable beds.

6/10 Good

Room was small but functional. Bed was very comfortable. Table lamp did not work. Air conditioning was very efficient. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin and I was woken at 1am by the guest in the next room watching tv. I could also actually hear them using the toilet. Is not a good selling point. Good meal at the bar and staff pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was not included in the price. Not really worth over £100 for the night in my opinion

Good breakfast, comfortable bed, nice spacious room. Good parking and lovely grounds (could do with some tidying up and better maintenance in parts, as looked like it has seen better days).

Hotel was nice. Staff in restaurant at dinner & breakfast we found were very nice but quite disorganised Bathroom could do with handrails to hang hand towels by the sink.

Great meal in the restaurant. Nice set-up to watch the World Cup games also.

6/10 Good

Superb location, great parking facility, very attentive staff, however, room was large but bare, no place to put suitcase, nowhere to place personal items, carpet stained. Room cleanliness not up to standard…shower gel empty, not at all acceptable as only discovered once in the shower( dispenser levels not visible as patterned bottle). A bit underwhelmed for a 4 star rating
