Can’t recommend this place enough. The staff was so helpful. The apartment was perfect for two couples. The location was amazing and the price was very reasonable. We also stayed on a luxury hotel in Lisbon and I will choose this place over that hotel next time we are in town.

Location is fantastic. The apartment was clean and staff was great! Pull out couch was not very comfortable and the pillows were flat but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location in the heart of Lisbon! The apartment was exactly as advertised, good amenities and lots of room. There is an outdoor nightclub directly across the road but the noise was fine and ended early enough. The only difficulty we had was not receiving any check in instructions prior to our stay and given that check in is not on location it was difficult to find.

Apartment was very clean and well organized, location is amazing, staff is very friendly with prompt response. Only thing if you have many luggage it’s a bit hard to take them from and to the front desk as apartment is 2 minutes walk from the front desk.

Location, location, location! Hotel was beautiful and clean and practically next to Santa Justa Lift and at the heart of Chiado’s restaurants and shops. Hotel was walking distance to every possible attraction. We spent 4 full days in Lisbon and took the metro to Cascais and Sintra (within 10 min walking distance from hotel). We will definitely be back to this hotel the next time we’re in Lisbon.

The Lift Hotel Apartments is perfect for our family! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment entrance is behind the main Hotel in the walking street with shops. The location of this property is the best! Close to transportation, restaurants and many main landmarks such as Santa Justa Lift (2 buildings away on the same street!), Rossio Square (1 minute walk), Praca do Comercio (5-10 minute walk to the waterfront) in the middle of Lisbon. You can see the St. George Castle from our apartment window! Metro, tram and bus stops are all within 2-5 minutes walk at the corner of the street. Belem is a 15 minutes uber ride to the Jerominos Monastery. I highly recommend staying here for Lisbon!

4/10 Fair

Room was very clean and chilled. Bathrooms are very nice! However bedrooms are so small you can’t fully open a large luggage bag inside the room. There is no proper elevator- it’s only a lift so if you are not staying on the first or fourth floor you’ll have to heave your luggage up and down a generous amount of steps- on top of having to check in and out from a different hotel that is outside and around the corner. Very average

Loved the stay here!! Loved the location!! Loved the customer service and loved the staff. It’s conveniently located in the heart of Lisbon and is walking distance to a lot of the attractions and night life. We stayed on the top floor and the view was spectacular!!
