On this occasion everything was really good. The rooms and linen always look clean. The decor is pretty good too. It was a bit chilly at breakfast - not sure they needed the aircon on. They must have changed suppliers for sausages and bacon as they were really tasty this time. They even had someone dedicated to clearing the tables which was really helpful

Lovely handy hotel for undergrounds, The room was compact but had everything we needed. The bar area, the food and staff were all very good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and lots of drink options. The room could be warm and it’s a busy area, but air unit in room was available and sound proof was good.
