Gorgeous property located in a really touristy district of Lisbon. The property itself was absolutely stunning. The little details from the staff - like daily treats at turndown service - were really nice. Great stay

Absolutely amazing staff, super helpful and friendly. I’d stay here over and over and over again. The location of the hotel was perfect and the rooms were absolutely beautiful and amazing. Even the history of the place made it feel that much more unique and special. Just an overall amazing place with complimentary treats and a drink.

This was the most amazing hotel experience! The location was ideal, the room was exceptional, and they brought treats to my room daily. The bar at the hotel was nice and the restaurant - which I tried for breakfast and dinner - was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel as the THE hotel to book while staying in Lisbon.

8/10 Very good

Overall our stay was good. There were no issues really except the room had a smell we did not like. We only stayed one day because it was the last night of our trip. So cannot comment on other aspects of the hotel. Good location.

Loved this hotel!!! While I didnt take advantage of all the amenities offered. I felt the hotel was central location to alot of the sites. I loved that they provided a map at check-in of the city which helped with touring the many sites. Also loved the sweet treats provided at turn down service. Great hotel and great service from front desk to house keeping.
